REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE CO-OPERATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SHARED FISH STOCKS IN THE SADC REGION

This review was commissioned by the RFIS project as a contribution to the joint project activities being undertaken by the MCS and RFIS projects aimed at facilitating the development of shared stock management frameworks within the region. Its main purpose was to provide guiding documentation for a regional workshop (to be funded by the MCS project) to consider the recommendations made within the review, and prioritise future actions for the development of appropriate and effective frameworks for the management of shared stocks within the SADC region.
